Esther K. Le  has over 20 years' experience in the dental field.  She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in dental hygiene at New York University College of Dentistry. She continued to further her education at University of Pacific, the Program in Oral Health for People with Special Needs offered through the Pacific Center for Special Care and received her Registered Dental Hygienist Alternative Practice. She is a special trained dental hygienist licensed by the Dental Board of California to administer dental anesthetics, soft tissue curettage, nitrous oxygen sedation, Virtual Dental Home Model, interim therapeutic restoration, and radiographic decision making.

Esther enjoys working with patients of all ages and even patients with special healthcare needs. She had volunteered in free clinic, providing preventative care for undeserved area and provide oral health education to the communities. She prides herself on educating her patients on the importance of dental care. She understands that many patients have a fear of dentistry; therefore, she is compassionate and guide patients to better their dental health. In addition, she worked and has a relationship with number of dentists who can provide her patients with proper dental treatment. 

Esther is also currently serves as Director of Field Operations for a largest non-profit dental organization specializing in pediatric dentistry throughout Orange County. Her team provide services in the elementary school, junior high, community sites and pediatrics medical clinics through the teledentistry program, smile mobile and telehealth. The mission is to improve the oral health of children in Orange County throughout collaborative programs directed at prevention, outreach and education, access to treatment, and advocacy. The organization provide access to care to children and children with special needs.
